Where is Edge Fest?
The festival is held next to Lilliardsedge Holiday Park located on the A68 between Jedburgh & St. Boswells.

Can I Bring alcohol with me to the event?
No alcohol or drinks are permitted to be carried into the event.

Can I bring food with me to the event?
Food and drink is permitted to be brought into the camping area, but will not be permitted into the main event area. No glass or sharp items are permitted.

Can I bring my pets?
Only assistance dogs are permitted.

I have changed my mind, can I get a refund?
All tickets and associated products are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Where do I park?
Event parking is available off site and is located at Ancrum Football ground. A shuttle bus service is in place to the Festival entrance. Parking is £15.00 per vehicle per day and must be pre-booked in advance. Visit the "TRAVEL" tab on the website for more information on access.

What if it’s raining?
Don’t worry we have it covered. The main event is taking place inside a big top tent. The event does take place on grass and may become muddy in areas so boots/wellies would be advised depending on weather conditions. Some attractions are situated outdoors so if it is raining we advise bringing a suitable outdoor coat.

Can I stay over?
Camping and event access tickets are available to purchase. Visit the accommodation tab for more information. A limited number of Luxury Hot Tub Lodges and touring caravan pitches are also available by contacting 01835 830271.

Is there an ATM on site?
No – Should you wish to use cash please bring this with you.

Is there disabled access?
We endeavour to help with accessibility as much as possible. It should be noted that the event is taking place on farm land which has unavoidable uneven surfaces in places. Our stewards will be more than happy to help where possible. A viewing platform will be available and remains subject to availability on a first come first served basis on the event days.

Can I access the festival from Lilliardsedge Holiday Park?
Only visitors staying on the Holiday Park will be granted access by this means.

Can I park my car next to my tent while camping?
No vehicles will be permitted on the camping area. If you wish to bring a vehicle with you for the weekend. Please purchase a Saturday & Sunday car park passes. Camping ticket holders possessing car park passes will be granted access to the car park from Friday 1st September with the shuttle bus service to the campsite operating from 4pm - 8pm (Friday 1st September). For all travel arrangements, please check our "TRAVEL" tab.

Are pass outs available? (Wristbands to freely come and go from the festival at any point)
Pass outs (A pass for entering and leaving the festival at your own leisure) will be available prior to the event for customers and holiday home owners staying on the park only. These include holiday home owners, camping ticket holders, Tourer bookings, and hire lodge bookings. Holiday home owners at Lilliardsedge should follow recent email instructions on how to acquire a pass out band. All campers, motorhomes/tourers and lodge hire customers will receive the required pass out bands on check in. If you are a regular ticket holder (Day or weekend access ticket holders) you will not

Are carers tickets available?
Yes, please purchase a ticket for the person/persons you are caring for and fill out our contact form on the website - https://edge-fest.co.uk/carer-ticket-request/ including booking references for tickets purchased along with proof of care. Approved carers tickets will be issued a few days prior to the event by email directly from Beautiful Tickets.

Do Under 5's need a ticket?
Under 5's go free to Edge Fest, you do not need to book a ticket for Under 5's

Does my shuttle bus ticket include a return trip
Yes, all bus tickets include a return journey to the destination you were picked up from. Please visit our "TRAVEL" tab for more information on shuttle bus tickets.

What are the start times?
Festival opens daily at 12:00pm. First performance Approx. 13:00pm. Concessions 12:00pm – 22:30pm. Festival Closes 23:00pm

Valid ID
A valid form of ID may be required upon entry and throughout Edge Fest. We have a challenge 25 policy on site, and the following are accepted as ID on site for the Bar: Passport, Full Driving Licence Or Provisional Licence, A Proof of Age Card Bearing a PASS hologram, A National identity card issued by an EU member state, A Ministry of Defence identity card

What are the bag restrictions?
Your safety is our priority and we’ve put in place all necessary measures to maximise public safety, Working closely with local authorities at the highest level. We ask that you also play a part in keeping Edge Fest safe and secure, so please take note of our messages below. Pack Accordingly and stay strong together. All festival goers will be subject to extra searches of their vehicles, bags and their person. Please be patient if there are longer queues than normal. We request that you cooperate with any security requests and searches. Please pack light! We strongly advise that you do not bring a bag to Edge Fest as there will be long queues while all bags are searched. If you do wish to bring a bag into Edge Fest please ensure it is no bigger than A4 sized 8.27” x 11.69”. There is a limit to one A4 sized bag per person permitted to the festival.

What if I lose something at the festival?
To report lost property please speak to a member of the Edge Fest Team or Security on site. All reasonable attempts will be made to reunite lost items with their owners where possible (i.e. numbers will be called on phones, wallets with addresses contacted). After a period of two weeks any unclaimed items will be handed to Jedburgh Police Station.

What not to bring
Items that you should NOT bring to Edge Fest are Bad attitude – antisocial, drunken or aggressive behaviour will result in refusal at the entrance or ejection from the concert site WITHOUT REFUND. Please enjoy yourself but make sure those around you can still do so too. Bags bigger than an A4 piece of paper/laptop size/small handbags (there is no cloakroom).Alcohol – you may not bring alcohol on site. We are a licensed premise so it’s against the law. Glass bottles, plastic bottles or cans (only unopened, sealed bottles of water will be allowed on site.) Umbrellas, Thermos or Hip flasks, Professional cameras or drones, Dogs or other pets (except assistance dogs), Flares/fireworks or Illegal drugs/legal highs. The above is not an exhaustive list – please be sensible about what you bring with you. Bags will be searched, and you may be patted down.

Can I bring a camp chair?
Yes, you can bring a camp chair. Camp chairs will only be allowed in certain areas of the festival. Camp chairs will not be allowed in the Big Top Tent due to health and safety reasons. You will be responsible for items you bring to the festival (we do not hold or protect items that are left unattended)

I can't find my ticket confirmation in my email?
If you cant find your ticket confirmation you can contact us on 01835 830271 but don't worry, we will have a box office at the festival where you can confirm your tickets on the days of the festival.

Can I bring my own water bottle?
You can bring plastic water bottle that must be sealed or an empty re-fillable plastic water bottle that must be empty on entrance to the festival.

Can I bring food if I have dietary requirements?
If you have a dietary requirement, you will be permitted to bring food into the festival as long as you can bring proof (GP Records) of any tolerances etc. Please note vegetarian/vegan will not be classed as a dietary requirement. Options for vegan/vegetarians will be available from food vendors both days of the festival.

How many people are included on the shuttle bus with a Car Parking ticket?
If you have a car parking ticket, this will include 5 people on the shuttle bus from Ancrum Football Pitch to Edge Fest (RETURN JOURNEY)

I have medication to bring?
Medication will be permitted to Edge Fest providing there is a prescription label on the medication with the name of the person the medication is for.

Can I come in and out of the festival throughout the day?

Do you have to print your tickets out?
You r ticket can be scanned by displaying the QR code on your phone screen or you can print it out and bring it on paper. The choice is yours :)

Where do I get dropped off/picked up for the festival?
There will be a dedicated festival pick up/drop off point right outside the festival entry gates. If you are arriving by bus, you will be dropped off and picked up at Lilliardsedge Holiday Park main entrance (5 minute walk from festival entry gates)
