Terms & Conditions

By Purchasing a ticket, you enter into an agreement with Edge Fest (C/o Portzim Limited) and must agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. Beautiful Tickets Ltd acts as an agent selling tickets on behalf of Edge Fest c/o Portzim Limited. By Purchasing a ticket, the purchaser enters into an agreement with Edge Fest (C/o Portzim Limited).
  2. Entry to Edge Fest will only be permitted on production of a valid ticket or e-ticket.
  3. Proof of age may be requested for free under 5’s and children’s tickets. 
  4. Children must be accompanied by an adult who is over the age of 18. No under 18s will be admitted if unaccompanied by a responsible adult and no more than four under 18s for every one adult over the age of 25 years old. 
  5. Edge Fest reserves the right to refuse admission to ticket holders who arrive at the event drunk or who are behaving in an antisocial manner.
  6. Ticket holders behaving in an anti-social manner, who are deemed too intoxicated or who break site rules/terms and conditions will be asked to leave the event site. 
  7. We operate a strict challenge 25 policy at the bar areas which can be verified by an acceptable form of photo identification. 
  8. Edge Fest operates a zero tolerance drugs policy. Illegal drugs and herbal/legal highs are not permitted. Any breach of this policy will be refused entry to/removed from the event site and handed over to Police Scotland. 
  9. Please avoid bringing a bag unless it is absolutely essential. Attendees with bags will be separated into bag search lanes and may be delayed entry as a result of this. Please note – no storage lockers are available at the event.
  10. Attendees are not permitted to bring any food or drinks into the main event site and if found, will be confiscated and disposed of. Food and drinks will be available to purchase within the event site with dietary requirements catered for. Anyone with a medical condition which requires them to bring food and/or drink into the Event should contact Management in advance via events@lilliardsegde.co.uk to obtain an authorisation letter.
  11. Food and drink is permitted to be brought into the camping area, but will not be permitted into the main event area. No glass or sharp items are permitted. 
  12. Attendees may bring 500ml empty plastic water bottles to be filled at the available water points within the event site. 
  13. Flares, smoke devices, fireworks or pyrotechnics are not permitted at the event. Anyone found attempting to access the event with these items will be refused entry and handed over to Police Scotland. 
  14. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.
  15. No tents, pop up structures or gazebos of any kind are permitted within the event site. 
  16. Strictly no glass permitted within the event site or camping site. 
  17. Strictly no pets permitted within the event site or camping site with the exception of assistance dogs.  
  18. Strictly no BBQ’s permitted within the event site or camping site. Purpose built cooking stoves are permitted in the camping area with a maximum gas bottle size of 2.2kg. No spare gas bottles permitted. No Chinese lanterns permitted. 
  19. Artistes and attractions billed may be subject to change. No refunds or exchanges will be given in the event of line-up changes for reasons out-with our control.
  20. No refunds except in the event of event cancellation. All booking fees remain non-refundable in all scenarios. 
  21. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date(s). If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates you must notify us by email events@lilliardsedge.co.uk. We aim to process your refund within 28 days.
  22. Tickets can be resold but not for more than the face value. Tickets purchased from an agent not recommended via this website may not be valid unless the agent has confirmed the valid transfer of tickets to a new owner. Transferred tickets are purchased at the purchasers own risk. Double entry or invalid tickets when transferred can not be rectified by Edge Fest at the gate. Ticket holders will need to contact the seller directly. 
  23. Discounted, complimentary or prize tickets are non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be resold.
  24. Edge Fest (Portzim Limited) cannot be held liable for personal damage, losses or injuries sustained at this event including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or unforeseen actions of other patrons. 
  25. Tickets cannot be used as any part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non-commercial without the prior written consent of Portzim Limited. 
  26. As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed and / or photographed at the event. Material may be used in the future for advertising purposes including online. 
  27. The promotor will not issues duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets without exception. 
  28. Please use litter bins and help keep the site, surrounding areas and carparks tidy. 
  29. Please respect local residents when arriving and departing the event site and keep noise to a minimum. 
  30. Please be aware of all exit points and follow directions given by stewards an event staff. 
  31. No pass outs or re-admissions to the event site. Some pre-authorised exceptions may be allowed – email events@lilliardsedge.co.uk for details. 
  32. Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands on entry. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times for the duration of the Event
  33. The promoter reserves the right to change the price of tickets or sell tickets at different prices at any given time. No price match will be offered. 
  34. Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Arena big tops. This includes e-cigs/vaping.
  35. Drones and professional photography equipment is prohibited in all areas of the event. 
  36. Edge Fest is held on grass areas. The organisers and venue owners would like to remind you that paths and grounds within the event and camping areas may be uneven. Please take care, especially after dark or in muddy/wet conditions. We cannot accept responsibility for injury as a result of ground conditions however sustained while on the event premises.
